1> Installation Guide for Double-Card Ferrule Connectors

Confirm that the fitting components are installed in the correct sequence as shown in Figure 1, fully insert the stainless steel precision tube into the fitting body and press it firmly against the fitting. Then, tighten the nut by hand until it can no longer be turned.

As shown in Figure 2, use a marker to indicate the initial aligned position on the nut and the fitting body, designating this mark as the zero point.

As shown in Figure 3, securely clamp the fitting body. Starting from the zero‑point position, use a wrench to tighten the nut by 1¼ turns; at this point, the ferrule‑type fitting installation is complete.

2> Reassembly of double‑card sleeve fittings
You can repeatedly disassemble the Yige double‑card sleeve connector.
!! The system pressure must be relieved before dismantling the ferrule‑type pipe fitting.

Before disassembly, as shown in Figure 4, mark the back of the nut so that the marking lines on the nut’s back and on the fitting body align. These marks ensure that, during reassembly, the nut can be turned to its original tightening position.

As shown in Figure 5, insert the steel tube with the ferrule into the fitting body until the front ferrule abuts the fitting body. Secure the fitting body firmly, and use a wrench to turn the nut back to the previously marked tightening position. At this point, you will notice a significant increase in resistance. Slightly tighten the nut by approximately 1/4 turn.
