2024

The high-pressure-resistant, compact ZQ pneumatic valve and the fully automatic pressure gauge valve have been successfully developed.

2022

A graph-based production scheduling system has been established. Production progress is digitally managed through barcode‑scanning processes. Compact pneumatic high‑pressure ball valves and electric high‑pressure ball valves have been successfully developed.

2021

Through TS certification, the company has acquired the capability to manufacture special‑equipment valves. A 5S team has been established to enhance the enterprise’s 5S management standards.

2020

The company completed its shareholding reform and was renamed Eagle Fluid Technology (zhejiang) Co., Ltd. A pressure-reducing valve developed through independent invention has been successfully brought to market.

2019

We have introduced robotic automated production lines to boost manufacturing efficiency. The number of users has exceeded 1,000.

2018

Ferrule fittings and hose assemblies are certified by a classification society.

2017

The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, and its high-temperature, high-pressure ball valve has been successfully developed and is widely used in supercritical high-temperature gas equipment.

2014

The total number of CNC machine tools and machining centers has exceeded 100 units. We have implemented a company-wide initiative for rationalization suggestions, encouraging innovation.

2013

We began implementing the ABC management system, moving toward standardized operations. The EG trademark was successfully registered, and we were awarded the title of a science-and‑technology‑oriented enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

2012

A municipal-level R&D center has been established, and R&D investment has been increased. The first patent, “Balanced Axial Direct-Acting Pneumatic Valve,” has been successfully filed.

2011

Establish a performance appraisal system and implement it starting at the workshop level.

2010

The Jiaxing factory was completed, and the company relocated from Shanghai to Jiaxing, with its workforce exceeding 100 employees.

2008

ERP was implemented, marking the beginning of digital management. The throttle valve has been successfully developed.

2007

We acquired a FANUC drilling and tapping center and a fully automated CNC lathe with automatic loading and unloading. We successfully developed stainless steel high-pressure ball valves and coaxial solenoid valves. Our stainless steel quick‑connect fittings were exported to Edwards in the UK, and the high‑pressure fine‑water‑mist fire‑suppression equipment sector has become a key service market for the company.

2006

We expanded our Shanghai Kangqiao facility by leasing an additional 800 square meters of space to serve as both a raw-materials warehouse and a production workshop, and introduced machining centers. We also fully equipped the plant with CNC machine tools from Japan’s Tsurumi, Japan’s MAZAK, and South Korea’s Doosan. Following certification under the ISO 9000 quality management system, we successfully developed a stainless-steel high-pressure needle valve that same year. In April, we invested in and registered EAGLE Fluid Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing.

2005

The number of employees increased to over 50. In the same year, a one-way valve was successfully developed, marking the company’s expansion from fitting production into the valve manufacturing sector.

2004

The company introduced its first batch of production equipment, including hose assembly machinery, pipe-bending machines, CNC machine tools, milling machines, and grinders, and began manufacturing fittings and hose assemblies in-house. In the same year, it successfully developed a stainless-steel high-pressure ferrule, which effectively replaced imported counterparts.

2003

In April, Shanghai EAGLE Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. was established. The company leased a 200-square-meter office and warehouse in the Jinniu Building in Pudong, Shanghai, with a team of four employees, and began independently designing stainless steel fittings and rotary joints. The metallurgical equipment sector became a key market for the company. In August, the company moved into a standard factory building of over 1,200 square meters in the Kangqiao Industrial Zone, expanded its workforce to ten employees, and set up a technical department. The thermal power generation equipment industry then emerged as another major service market.

2001

Shanghai Sida Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. was established, representing imported high-pressure ball valves and stainless steel fittings from Germany, as well as carbon steel fittings from Italy. CNG equipment has become a key service market for the company.
