Stainless Steel High Pressure Ball Valve (DN5~65 mm)

 

Uses and Features: Compact structure, high pressure rating, applicable to various liquids compatible with valve material

Application of Sealing Materials

 

Body Metal Material 304 Intended for water, oils and slightly corrosive media; temperature: -196℃~+400℃
Ball Seat Sealing Material POM High pressure rating; mainly used for non-corrosive oils and water; temperature: -30℃~+100℃; max. working pressure: 160 bar
PTFE Excellent corrosion resistance; applicable to most media; temperature: -50℃~+150℃; max. working pressure: 63 bar (at room temperature)
PEEK Relatively good corrosion resistance; high pressure rating: -50℃~+230℃，max. working pressure: 160 bar
Stem/Joint Sealing Material FPM Good corrosion resistance; applicable to most media; temperature: -25℃~+200℃
EPDM Intended for ammonia, formaldehyde and ethylene glycol; mineral oil intolerant; temperature: -50℃~+130℃
