Application of Sealing Materials

Type	Materials	Uses
Ball Seat Sealing Material	POM	Primarily used for neutral liquids and gases such as water, oil, air, and nitrogen; temperature resistance: -35°C to +100°C; pressure rating: 160 bar.
	PEEK	High temperature resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior resistance to most acids, bases, and solvents; operating temperature range: -40°C to +250°C; pressure rating: 160 bar.
	PTFE	Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for most media; temperature range: -40°C to +150°C; pressure rating: 63 bar.
Stem/Joint Sealing Material	NBR	Suitable for non-corrosive media such as oil, water, and air; exhibits excellent compatibility with high-pressure gases; temperature resistance: -35°C to +100°C.
	FPM	Resistant to acids, alkalis, and benzene-based solvents; suitable for most media; not resistant to ammonia; temperature range: -25°C to +200°C.
	EPDM	Suitable for ammonia, steam, alcohols, ketones, and aldehydes; not resistant to mineral oils; temperature resistance: -40°C to +130°C.
