Application of Sealing Materials

Type	Material	Uses
Ball Seat Seal Material	POM	Primarily used for non-corrosive media such as oil, water, and air, with a temperature range of -35°C to +100°C.
Ball Seat Seal Material	PEEK	It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and a wide operating temperature range, from –40°C to +250°C.
Stem and Connection Sealing Material	NBR	Suitable for non-corrosive media such as oil, water, and air; excellent performance with high-pressure gases; operating temperature range: -35°C to +100°C.
	FPM	Resistant to acids, alkalis, and benzene; suitable for most media; not resistant to ammonia; operating temperature: -25°C to +200°C.
	EPDM	Suitable for ammonia, steam, alcohols, ketones, and aldehydes; not resistant to mineral oils; operating temperature range: −40°C to +130°C.
