Fully automatic ferrule pre-assembly machine
Uses:US-FL/01 ferrule pre-installation machine can be used for the pre-installation of Eagle ferrules (e.g. SR, ER, EG), and other DIN2353/ISO8434-1 compliant ferrules of PARKER, e.g. EO, EO2.
Features: US-FL/01 pre-installation machine adopts electric-hydraulic control and features easy operation and high efficiency.

How to Use
1. Check the dimensions of the VSA pre-install connector.
2. Mount the GPA pre-install baffle and VSA connector.
3. Lubricate nut threads & ferrule outer surfaces with PASTE-L-2/3S;
slide nut & ferrule onto the steel tube in sequence (Fig.1)
4. Insert the tube with nut and ferrule into the pre-installation machine and press the tube against the connector.
5. Close the cover and press the start button.
6. Pre-installation process runs automatically
7. Open safety cover, remove tube; check ferrule piercing, tube bulge covering ferrule front edge (Fig.2)

!! Note: If worn or deformed inner cone of the pre-install coupling causes scraps in assembly, check the dimensions every 50 ferrules based on the values of d and D in the table.
