Manual ferrule pre-assembly machine
Uses: US-FL/01-MAN: Pre-assembly machine for BR/ER/SR/EG ferrules and other ferrules.
Features: US-FL/01-MAN realizes ferrule pre-installation with a manual hydraulic pump. US-FL/01-MAN features simple structural design and high reliability. US-FL/01-MAN ensures reliable connection of bite type fittings, reduce human errors and labor intensity and improve the efficiency of batch installation, and in particular it is valuable to the installation of large high pressure ferrules with a size exceeding Φ22.

How to Use
1. Check dimension of pre-assembled adapter VS.
2. Place into ferrule pre-install die (incl. baffle GP & adapter VS).
3. Select pressure (recommended/empirical) per ferrule type, stainless steel tube grade & diameter.
4. Lubricate nut threads & ferrule outer surfaces with PASTE-L-2/3S; slide nut & ferrule onto tube in sequence (Fig.1).
5. Insert tube (with nut & ferrule) into pre-assembler; press tube against VS, nut back against baffle GP.
6. Tighten manual pump relief knob, rock handle up/down to target pressure on gauge.
7. Loosen relief knob, remove tube with pre-installed ferrule; check ferrule piercing, tube bulge covering ferrule front edge (Fig.2).

!! Note: If worn or deformed inner cone of the pre-install coupling causes scraps in assembly, check the dimensions every 50 ferrules based on the values of d and D in the table.
