HF Stainless Steel Medium Efficiency Filter (1/2″~11/4″)

Uses
Stainless Steel Filter Elements perform precision filtration of gases or liquids, extending the service life of
various valves such as solenoid valves and control valves. These filter elements offer wide applicability.

Features
● Resistance to high-temperature and high-pressure.
● Reusable and cleanable filter element (backwash pressure ≤6 bar).
● G1/4 female threaded blow-off drain ball valve can be equipped to the bottom of the filter cartridge upon request
● Welded HF filters are equipped with mounting brackets.

Technical Data
● Sealing material: FPM (-25℃~+200℃) or EPDM (-50℃~+150℃)
● Filter element material: 304 stainless steel
● Casing material: 304/CF8 stainless steel
● Filtration accuracy: 100μm (150 mesh), 20μm (700 mesh)
● Max. differential pressure for filter element replacement: 6 bar
● Max. working pressure: 40bar
● Max.water flow rate: see “Table of Technical Data”
