SV Stainless Steel High Pressure Quick Release Coupling

Uses : Both male and female couplings have a self-sealing valve and automatically close after disconnected, thereby preventing leakage. When the couplings are coupled, the valves automatically open to keep smooth flow of the fluid. With a high pressure rating, they are applicable to high pressure systems.

Type of construction: dual-closed; male and female couplings are both self-sealed.

Features
● Coupling material: 304 (-SS) or 316L (-SL) stainless steel
● Ultra-High pressure fitting material: 630 (-SH), for 1/2"–1"
● Seal: the standard configuration is FPM (-25℃~+180℃)；EPDM（-40℃～+130℃）
● Max.working pressure:120～250bar (304/316L stainless steel)；400～600bar(630 stainless steel)
● Connection: G female thread (ISO228-1)
● Insertion & Extraction pressure: <3 bar (1/8’’~1’’); <2 bar (11/4’’~11/2’’)
● Applicable media: suitable for various liquids and gases including water, oil, air, steam, etc.
