Product Overview
Pneumatic actuators are used to drive RKH/SKH series high pressure ball valves, realizing automatic control. Pneumatic actuators are divided into two types: double acting and single acting. Double acting actuators have a high output torque. High pressure ball valves generally use double acting actuators. If the valve is required to return to a specified position when there is no gas supply, please select single acting pneumatic actuator.

Pneumatic Ball Valve with Pneumatic Solenoid Valve and Valve Position Monitor
The direction control of airflow in the pneumatic actuator is managed by a 4M series pneumatic solenoid valve, which can be tightly secured on the actuator. Additionally, a TCR series limit switch box can be mounted on the top of the actuator to convert valve positions into electrical signals.
Technical Data
1) 4M series solenoid valve (to switch between air intake and exhaust of pneumatic actuator)
• Voltage: 24 VDC or 220 VAC
• Connection thread: BSPT 1/4
2) TCR valve position monitor (converts valve position into electrical signal)
• Contact configuration: 1 NO contact &1 NC contact at each position
