NL Stainless Steel Metering Valve (DN1.8~3mm)

Uses: NL enables precise and stable regulation of micro flow through fine adjustment of valve opening.

Applicable Media: water, oils, steam and various other liquids and gases compatible with valve material.

Features: NL provides precise flow control through a handle that rotates 9-10 full turns. It is equipped a graduated scale for visual reference and a locking mechanism to secure the adjusted opening. The valve supports panel- mounting.

● Packing material: FPM (Resistant to acids, alkalis, benzene series and oils; suitable for most media; not resistant to ammonia.);EPDM(Suitable for ammonia, steam, alcohols, ketones and aldehydes; not resistant to mineral oil.)

Operating Instructions
The opening can be adjusted by turning the cylindrical handle and at the same time the pole on the top of the handle will rise or fall along with the opening conditions. There is a mark on the pole, reflecting the number of revolutions of the stem. With the lock screw on the handle, the valve can be locked at a certain opening.
