BKC/HBKC Ball Valve for Extreme Environments (DN6~40mm)

Uses
1) High temperature supercritical CO2
2) Suitable for high-pressure gases, especially for applications requiring frequent switching
3) Environments with high temperature and pressure, and with low temperature and high pressure
4) Applications where rubber is not allowed

Features
• The stem is designed with elastic compensation, ensuing a long life
• No-rubber sealing allows for applications with high-pressure gases
• Mounting holes at the top allows for the installation of an electric or pneumatic actuator
• Adopting both metallic seal and elastomeric seal at the joints, providing broad temperature range
• The valve is equipped with removable weld nipples.

Application of Sealing Materials

Material	Uses
Graphite-filled PTFE	Excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to acids (non‑strong oxidizing), alkalis, steam, solvents, oils, and more; temperature range: −50°C to +230°C.
PPL	Excellent corrosion resistance, with a temperature range of -50°C to +250°C.
PEEK	Excellent corrosion resistance and a wide operating temperature range, from -50°C to +250°C.
PVDF	It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding compatibility with inorganic acids and bases, with a temperature range of -50°C to +140°C.
