I) ER Stainless Steel High Pressure Quick Ferrule
Quick ferrules feature high pressure rating, excellent sealing performance and ease of installation. Made of 316L stainless steel and case hardened, the ferrules are applicable to oils, water, air and other non-corrosive media. In addition to the metal hard seal, FPM O-ring is fitted inside the ferrule to provide additional soft seal. (See P12 for the installation.)
Ordering number with paired connector: when paired with a connector, add “E-” to the beginning of the ordering number, for example: E-GV-S16-SL.
II) BR Stainless Steel Bright Ferrule
Bright ferrules made of 316L stainless steel assume bright metal color on the surface; with the surface case hardened, the ferrules have good corrosion resistance. In addition to the metal hard seal, FPM O-ring is fitted inside the ferrule to provide additional soft seal. (See P11 for the installation.)
Ordering number with paired connector: when paired with a connector, add “B-” to the beginning of the ordering number, for example: B-GV-L18-SL.
III) O-ring Material &Working Temperature: standard O-ring: FPM, working temperature: -25℃~+200℃; optional O-ring: EPDM, working temperature: -50℃~+150℃; if EPDM ferrules are needed, add “-E” to the end of the ordering number, for example: BR-L18-SL-E.
