2001

Shanghai Star Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. was established, agent of high pressure ball valves imported from Germany, stainless steel joints, carbon steel joints imported from Italy. CNG equipment has become an important service market for the company.

2003

In April, Shanghai Yige Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Rent 200 square meters of office and warehouse in Shanghai Pudong Jinniu Building, a total of 4 employees, design their own stainless steel joints and rotary joints. The metallurgical equipment industry has become an important service market for the company. In August, we rented a standard factory of more than 1200 square meters in Shanghai Kangqiao Industrial Zone, increased the number of employees to 10, and established a technical department. The thermal power generation equipment industry has become an important service market for the company.

2004

Introduced the hose assembly production equipment, pipe bending machine and CNC machine tools, milling machine, grinding machine and other first production equipment, began to produce their own joint and hose assembly. In the same year, stainless steel high pressure bushing was successfully developed and successfully replaced imports.

2005

The number of employees has increased to more than 50. In the same year, the check valve was successfully developed, marking the company's expansion from joint production to the production of valves.

2006

Expand the rental of 800 square meters of Shanghai Kangqiao factory as a raw material warehouse and production workshop, the introduction of processing centers, the full introduction of Japan's Tsugami, Japan's MAZAK and South Korea Doosan CNC machine tools. Through the ISO9000 quality system certification, the same year, stainless steel high pressure needle valve successfully developed. 2007

Purchased FANUC drilling center and automatic loading and unloading CNC lathe. Stainless steel high pressure ball valve and coaxial solenoid valve successfully developed. The stainless steel quick change joint is exported to Edwards, UK, and the high pressure water mist fire fighting equipment industry has become an important service market for the company.

2008

Introduce ERP and start to move towards digital management. Throttle valve developed successfully.

2010

Jiaxing factory was completed, moved from Shanghai to Jiaxing, and the number of employees exceeded 100.

2011

Establish the performance appraisal mechanism, and implement the performance appraisal from the workshop.

2012

Set up municipal R & D center, increase R&D investment. The first patent "balanced axial direct acting pneumatic valve" was successfully applied.

2013

2014

The total number of CNC machine tools and machining centers exceeded 100. Promote all staff rationalization suggestions and encourage innovation.

2017

Won the national high-tech enterprise honor, high temperature and high pressure ball valve research and development success, widely used in supercritical high temperature gas equipment.

2018

Ferrules and hose assemblies are certified by classification society.

2019

Introduce robot automatic production line to improve production efficiency. The number of users exceeded 1000.

2020

Completed the shareholding reform and changed its name to IGE Fluid Technology (Zhejiang) Co., LTD. The self-invented pressure reducing valve was successfully developed.

2021

Through TS certification, with the production capacity of special equipment valves. Set up 5S team to improve the 5S management level of the enterprise.

2022

Establish a tup-based production scheduling system. The digital management of production schedule is realized through the scanning process. The compact pneumatic high pressure ball valve and electric high pressure ball valve were successfully developed.
