BKD Stainless Steel High Pressure Ball Valve (DN4~25 mm)

Uses
Suitable for applications requiring frequent switching of the valve; 210 bar hydraulic oil test of 100,000 cycles shows no leakage (with EG automatic actuator); applicable to gases and liquids (not applicable to hydrogen, helium and oxygen); the valve has a mounting hole on the top.

Technical Features
● Stem: hardened stainless steel
● Stem gasket: high-strength PEEK
● Stem seal: high speed rotary seal with a long life

① Hardened stainless steel stem: hardness ≥HRC38, long life &corrosion-resistant;
② High speed rotary seal: reinforced PTFE seal assembly, high pressure rating &long life;
③ PEEK stem support: well lubricated &long life;
④ Ball seat support ring: enhance pressure rating and self-centering performance of ball seat seal
⑤ MoS2 coating on stem surface improves wear resistance;
⑥ Ball seat seal: imported DIN MBH material (POM, PEEK optional), high pressure rating &stable performance;
⑦ Stainless steel finish ground ball;
⑧ FPM O-ring: high temperature rating &15-year service life.

Torque Curves
The working torque of ball valves depends on pressure and ball seat sealing material. In the diagram, the working medium is oil, the seal is POM and (supposing water*1.2, air*1.4 and granular powder*1.6) actuator torque = 1.2*Torque (where: 1.2 is the safety factor).
