Features
● One valve can realize switching among multiple ways and multiple types of functions.
● Max. working pressure: 40bar (PTFE), 250 bar (POM), 315 bar (PEEK)
● Pneumatic or electric actuator may be fitted.
● Fixed ball construction; any port can connect high pressure.

 

 

Application of Sealing Materials

 

Material Uses
POM (2) Mainly used for non-corrosive oils, water and gases; temperature: -30℃~+100℃
PTFE (4) Excellent corrosion resistance; applicable to most media; temperature: -30℃~+120℃
PEEK(6) Relatively good corrosion resistance; wide temperature range: -50℃~+230℃
FPM(5) Relatively good corrosion resistance; wide temperature range: -50℃~+230℃
EPDM(6) Good chemical adaptability; intolerant of ammonia, alcohols and diethyl ether; applicable to most media; temperature: -25℃~+180℃
NBR Intended for ammonia, vapor, formaldehyde and ethylene glycol; mineral oil intolerant; temperature: -50℃~+130℃

★Manually operated ball valves with three valve positions in the passage mechanism are fitted with an intermediate valve position locating mechanism , and such valves can only be fixed with bottom mounting holes.

 

Torque Curves
The working torque of ball valves depends on pressure and ball seat sealing material. In the diagram, the working medium is oil, the seal is POM and (supposing water*1.2, air*1.4 and granular powder*1.6) actuator torque = 1.2*Torque (where: 1.2 is the safety factor).
