RCH Duplex Stainless Steel Ball Valve (160 bar)

Uses: applicable to seawater, chlorine, partial acids, alkalis and other corrosive media compatible with the valve material; applicable in such fields as seawater desalination, wastewater treatment and high pressure urea equipment.

Features
● Super duplex stainless steel 2507 is far superior to 316 stainless steel in corrosion resistance;
● The special design features better resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion;
● It has a compact body and may be fitted with an actuator mounting platform.

● Body material: super duplex stainless steel 2507 (standard), duplex stainless steel 2205 (optional);
● Ball material: super duplex stainless steel 2507;
● Max. working pressure: 60 bar (PTFE seal), 160 bar (PEEK seal);

Stem/Joint Sealing Material	FPM	Good corrosion resistance; applicable to most media; temperature: -25℃~+200℃
Stem/Joint Sealing Material	EPDM	Intended for ammonia, steam, formaldehyde and ethylene glycol; mineral oil intolerant; temperature: -50℃~+130℃
