ATR Hard Seat Check Valve
Uses: ATR check valves have no rubber but completely stainless steel or carbon steel, and the hard seal can still maintain good sealing performance. Such valves are mainly intended for high temperature, low temperature or special applications where no rubber should be used.
Features
● Stainless steel valves: applicable to various liquids and gases compatible with valve material; carbon steel valves: applicable to oils and non-corrosive liquids.
● The metal hard seal, nevertheless, has excellent sealing performance.
● High temperature valves (HT) have no spring and require vertical installation. The fluid must flow in the upward direction and the valve be closed by the valve core by the aid of its own weight.

● Cracking pressure: 0.35 bar (standard), 1 bar, 3 bar (nonstandard, optional)
● Tolerance of cracking pressure: ±25%
● Working temperature: -80℃~+250℃ (common valves); -10℃~+600℃ (high temperature valves)
● Pressure range: see “Table of Technical Data”
● Body material: 304/316L stainless steel, 45# carbon steel
● Disk material: 630 hardened stainless steel (standard); for HT valves, the sealing face is cemented carbide
● Spring material: 304 stainless steel
● Max. leakage: as per GB/T26480-2011
