FCD High Pressure Check Valve with Large Bore (DN65~100 mm)

Uses: FCD check valves have a high pressure rating, little pressure loss, applicability to liquids and gases compatible with valve material, and maintenance of sealing performance under both low and high pressures.

Features
● Max. working pressure: 210 bar(liquid)
● Cracking pressure: 0.2 bar (standard), 0.5 bar (optional)
● Working temperature: -50℃~+180℃ (see “Application of Sealing Materials”)
● Body material: 304 stainless steel or A105 forged steel
● Spring material: 304 stainless steel
● Disk and body sealing material: FPM (standard for stainless steel valves), NBR (standard for carbon steel valves), EPDM (optional)

Application of Sealing Materials

Material	Uses
NBR	Intended for oils, water and other non-corrosive media; temperature: -35℃~+100℃
FPM	Good chemical adaptability; especially applicable to oils and most acids; temperature: -25℃~+180℃
EPDM	Intended for ammonia, formaldehyde and ethylene glycol; mineral oil intolerant; temperature: -50℃~+130℃
