Uses
US-FL/01-MAN ferrule pre-installation machine can be used for the pre-installation of not only SR, ER, EG and other ferrules of EAGLE, but also EO, EO2 and other ISO8434-1 compliant ferrules of Parker.

Features
US-FL/01-MAN realizes ferrule pre-installation with a manual hydraulic pump. US-FL/01-MAN features simple structural design and high reliability. The use of US-FL/01-MAN can ensure reliable connection of bite type fittings, reduce human errors and labor intensity and improve the efficiency of batch installation, and in particular it is valuable to the installation of large high pressure ferrules with a size exceeding Φ22. US-FL/01-MAN is applicable to steel tubes of various materials and wall thicknesses, such as carbon steel and stainless steel.

How to Use
1. Check the dimensions of the VS pre-install connector.
2. Mount the ferrule pre-install tooling (including pre-install baffle and connector).
3. Select the pressure based on steel tube material (carbon steel or stainless steel) and tube size by referring to the recommended pressure value or the empirical value.
4. Lubricate the nut and ferrule and mount them on the steel tube in turn.
5. Insert the tube with nut and ferrule into the pre-installation machine and press the tube against the connector.
6. Move the handle up and down until the pressure gauge points at the selected pressure.
7. Release the unload button and remove the ferrule pre-installed tube.

Note: If worn or deformed inner cone of the pre-install coupling causes scraps in assembly, check the dimensions every 50 ferrules based on the values of d and D in the table.
