Steel pipe fixing system The plastic tube clamps provided by EAGLE are intended for support and fixation of tubes and there are three ways of fixation: Features ● Ability to absorb shock and vibration ● Reduce the stress on system components ● Enhance system reliability technical parameter ● Pipe clamp body material: polypropylene plastic, can be used outdoors ● Material of top plate and bottom plate: low carbon steel ● Temperature resistance: -35℃～90℃ Recommended pipe clamp spacing The assembly of the elbow is matched with the pipe clamp spacing of the corresponding outer diameter of the pipe. When only the elbow is assembled, it should be directly fixed with pipe clamps at the front and rear of the elbow. It is recommended that such a support point should be a fixed position. It is a reference value. The values listed in the table apply to static loads. Recommended Tube Clamp Spacing		Elbow Assembly

The tube clamp spacing for related tube OD is for reference only. The listed values apply to static load.		For the assembly of an elbow, directly fix it with tube clamps at the front and rear. It is recommended that such points of support are fixing positions.
