NJ Stainless Steel Globe Valve

Uses: NJ check valves are used for safe shutoff of pipelines, featuring resistance to high temperature and fire in the shutoff state.

Features: 1) Hardened disk contributes to long life of the valves; 2) 100% gas tightness test, applicable to various gases; 3) stem PTFE packing seal is compensated with a disc spring to ensure good tightness in high or low temperature applications.

● Applicable media: air, steam and other gases, as well as water, heat transfer fluids and other liquids
● Body material: 304/CF8 stainless steel, 316L/CF8M stainless steel
● Stem material: 304 or 316L stainless steel
● Disk material: 1) 316L stainless steel, surface-hardening treatment (max. 250℃); 2) cemented carbide (for high temperature valves, 600℃)
● Packing seal: PTFE+FPM or flexible graphite
● Packing temperature rating: -40℃~+250℃ (PTFE), -40℃~+600℃ (graphite)
