N Series Needle Valves for Harsh Working Conditions
Uses: applicable to high temperature, high pressure and frequent on/off applications. They may be used for corrosive gases and liquids compatible with the valve material. Type of construction: transmission thread on the outside of the packing; good resistance to heat and pollution
Stem seal: combination of packing seal and FPM O-ring
Core construction: non-rotary core made of cemented carbide; long life
Body material: 316L stainless steel where in contact with the medium
Packing seal: graphite-filled PTFE for common type; graphite for high temperature type
Working temperature: -30℃~+200℃ (common type); -40℃~+500℃ (high temperature type)
Max. working pressure: 413 bar for common type (see table below); 350 bar for high temperature type
