NK Stainless Steel Throttle Valve (1/2″~11/4″)

Uses: NK throttle valves can be used for the fine adjustment of flow and realize flow control and shutoff; there is a scale and the opening can be locked.

Technical Data
● Applicable media: water, oils, steam, air and various other liquids and gases compatible with valve material
● Testing medium: hydraulic fluid, viscosity = 42~74 mm2/s (40℃); testing temperature: 50℃
● Body material: CF8/304 stainless steel
● Stem and disk material: hardened stainless steel
● Sealing material: FPM or EPDM
● Working temperature: -50℃~+200℃ (see “Table of Sealing Materials”)
● Nominal pressure: see “Table of Technical Data”
● Connection thread: G thread (female)

How to Use
The opening can be adjusted by turning the cylindrical handle and at the same time the pole on the top of the handle will rise or fall along with the opening conditions. There is a mark on the pole, reflecting the number of revolutions of the stem. With the lock screw on the handle, the valve can be locked at a certain opening.
